Salvatore Finocchiaro, Judo coach 5* Dan, of the Judo Club Ronin Catania, will be at his side. Lawyer Vittorio Giorgi, founder and president of the FIKULT, declares: “This is our second experience in Dushanbe, after last year’s international tournament. Gushtingiri is the traditional wrestling and national sport of Tajikistan, which is developing in Asia and Europe. In ten years of activity, FIKULT has participated in fifty international competitions in twelve traditional wrestling. We recently signed a collaboration agreement with A.S.I. (Italian Social Sports Associations), one of the most important sports promotion bodies recognized by the Italian Olympic Committee. Last April, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon made an official visit to Rome, where he met the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella and the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Relations between the two countries are growing”.
